Mr. Gray was hired by the Central Intelligence Agency after his service within the US NAVY. Mr. Gray has a signed non disclosure and will not discuss the work he did with or for the CIA. He has been authorized by the PRB to disclose that he is a former employee, however he is not authorized to discuss any operations.
