The GREEN BERET Doctor who fought the Cartels at the border.

How often do you hear from an Army Green Beret doctor who was injured by the COVID shots, served all over the world, was part of the Texas COVID response task force, and recently spent time at the border as part of a Texas National Guard mission? Well, today you are in for a treat, as we get briefed by Lt. Col. Peter Chambers on all of the above! He explains how he was injured by the shots and knows so many others in the military who have had their careers destroyed by them. We go through the dangers the shots pose to those in flight training. He also tells us what he believes it will take to finally gain operational control over the border.

Representative Landgraf votes to WEAKEN election fraud punishment

I am writing this to piece together the dishonesty that has been presented to the Constituents of the 81st House District of West Texas. The current incumbent has told the Citizens of HD 81 that during his tenure he has increased election integrity and ensured that there are “stiff penalties” for voter fraud in Texas that he proudly passed. This is use of hyperbole and flat out dishonest.

The facts are that Brooks Landgraf voted in favor of reducing penalties of voter fraud from a State Felony to a CLASS A MISDEMEANOR. ( PLEASE SEE EXHIBIT B ) He then went on to send out a mailer and flyer he handed out at town halls that claim that he increased penalties for voter fraud. Representative Landgraf either has cognitive dissonance or he is intentionally lying to the people of the Great State of TEXAS.

I urge you to read SENATE BILL 1 as it was presented, modified and passed. It is clear that our Representative intentionally misrepresented the truth.

In a time where voters are worried that their votes do not count, we have our elected Representative gutting the election integrity bill and voting to reduce the penalties for voter fraud.

Does anyone believe that this will eliminate election fraud, or will it embolden the criminals by giving them an opportunity to further destabilize our elections?

Former congressional candidate Casey Gray to challenge Landgraf

Former congressional candidate and retired military veteran Casey Gray announced his candidacy in the March 2022 Republican Primary on Thursday for the District 81 seat in the Texas House of Representatives – setting up a challenge to incumbent State Representative Brooks Landgraf (R-Odessa) for the spot.

According to a campaign press release, Gray, who also hails from Odessa, served in both the U.S. Navy working in naval special warfare and in the Texas Army National Guard, where he sustained a severe injury in a helicopter crash. Gray is also married to his wife, Brittnie, and has 6 children.

“Our nation is at a critical point in our history,” Gray is quoted in the press release, adding further, “Never has the radical socialist agenda threatened so many of our American ideals of freedom and liberty. At times like this, the nation looks to Texas to lead, and our leaders must demonstrate courageous servant leadership.”

Gray identifies as a “Christian conservative Republican” and says in addition to protecting constitutional rights like the Second Amendment, he is pro-life and wants to protect the energy industry and bring additional infrastructure funding to West Texas.

Gray also indirectly went on the offense with several issues, citing Landgraf’s vote to reduce offenses for voting-fraud-related laws, mentioned the controversial multi-million-dollar Schlemeyer Airport runway appropriation, among others.

With redistricting, House District 81 will look different going into the mid-term elections, with the House voting to remove Andrews County from the district and replace it with Loving County – leaving HD-81 made up with Ector, Winkler, Ward, and Loving Counties for the next decade.

Filing for the March 1 Republican Primary Election continues now through Dec. 13, but so far, Gray and Landgraf are the only candidates who have signaled their intent to seek the approval of voters for the job.

Gray and Landgraf Take Opposing Positions on Special Session to Ban Vaccine Mandates

by: Matt Stringer

Overview:

While both candidates have indicated their opposition to vaccine mandates, Gray supports a special session to ban vaccine mandates in state law, while Landgraf will not add his name to the growing list of Republican officials calling for a special session.

As pushback against vaccine mandates continues to grow – with numerous federal courts batting down President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates issued by executive order- a growing call for the Texas Legislature to reconvene and ban vaccine mandates by large employers and local governments has become one of the top political issues of the upcoming 2022 elections – and the two contenders to represent West Texans in the HD-81 seat in the Texas House of Representatives have taken very different stances on whether the legislature should reconvene.

An effort being led by the Republican Party of Texas to call a special session to ban vaccine mandates has seen over 25 state lawmakers sign onto a letter asking Governor Greg Abbott to call the special session, and the growing list of lawmakers now includes other officials such as Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller

Abbott’s office finally broke silence on the issue, confirming the Governor is opposed to calling the special session, and instead intends to rely on his executive orders, which have been called into scrutiny by members of his party.

Incumbent State Representative Brooks Landgraf (R-Odessa), who is seeking re-election, has taken a publicly strong stance against vaccine mandates, and wrote in an op-ed that he has signed onto federal court cases, and will “continue to use every tool available to fight back against Biden’s personal healthcare mandates on Texans.”

But when asked by residents at a recent town hall whether he would add his name to the growing list of Republican officials calling on the Governor to call the special session, Landgraf stated he would not do so because he did not see what a special session could accomplish.

Odessa Headlines reached out to Landgraf for comment regarding whether his stance has changed in light of his op-ed stating he would use “every tool available.”

Landgraf responded indicating his position has not changed, and that “as a state legislator, [he] does not have the authority to call a special session, nor would [he] pretend to have that authority.”

However, Landgraf did add that if the Governor does decide to exercise his power to call a special session to ban vaccine mandates, that he “will proudly be there to support that bill and vote for it.”

Landgraf did not respond to a follow-up question clarifying that lawmakers are simply using their representative voices to let the Governor know the issue is important enough to use his power to call the special session.

Republican Primary opponent and fellow Odessan Casey Gray took a very different position, saying he would “absolutely” sign the Republican Party’s letter calling for the special session.

“Both Abbott and Landgraf seem to condone governing Texas by executive order, and to me that violates the very principles of government our state and nation was founded upon,” stated Gray, who continued, “Texans deserve actual laws that protect our God-given rights of freedom, liberty, and our right to decide what medicines we use.”

Gray elaborated further, explaining his belief that the founding father felt that laws should be written by the duly elected representatives of the legislative branch, and said the growing reliance on using executive orders will lead Texas down a path towards tyranny.

“We already saw private businesses deemed “non-essential” via illegal orders, mask mandates, and other violations of our rights committed this past year, something Landgraf failed to fix while in session. I intend to restore constitutional order if elected, ban vaccine mandates and end this Obama-like form of governing with a pen and a phone.”

During the third special session of the Texas Legislature earlier this year, a large number of lawmakers, including Landgraf, signed onto House Bill 168, which would have prohibited anyone from coercing another to take a vaccine against their will. However, the legislation was never voted out of committee.

Gray said he would also support similar legislation but said what distinguishes him from Landgraf is he would go beyond adding his “name to the legislation for bragging rights” and fight to make sure the bill was passed into law.

In addition, Gray said he has heard that lawmakers are being pressured by the Governor not to sign the letter calling for a special session and said if true that would explain the gap in Landgraf’s position on the issue, leaving a major tool in the toolbox – further adding that if elected “[he] will only be beholden to the people of the district.”

One point that both candidates have agreed on this that neither oppose vaccines, but believe it is the individual’s right to decide whether to take it.

CAUTIONARY TALE FROM NAVY SEAL MASTER CHIEF

This man is a career senior enlisted Navy SEAL. He awarded me with my first medal in the Navy while I was assigned to SEAL TEAM 8. He was a leader of men and a true patriot to this Country. I will never forget swearing my first oath to this Country to defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic, yet I never thought I’d see the day we could be fighting these domestic enemies on our own soil. No less occurring in Virginia. Read his account closely and take heed. This is a fight for survival. There can be no fence sitting in this contest as a REPUBLICAN, or we will lose our way of life and our Country which the forefathers fought so hard to give us. I did not sacrifice 20 yrs of blood and sweat in my career to allow our Country to be taken apart away so easily.

Richmond Virginia 2A Rally

IMG_1266.jpeg

To our Texas brethren, we're under siege in Virginia...  Ground zero for the assault on American rights by the Left.

Its hard to grasp the shocking speed with which the Dems attempted to force through laws attacking Free Speech on the net, to disarm the citizenry, and permit unlimited term abortion.  Overnight Leftists came within a "hair's breath" from making hundreds of thousands of law abiding citizens, felons, overnight.  Defining even martial arts training, and owning a gun range were to be considered felonies. Potentially leading to actions and skills which could disrupt public order.

Sanctuary cities will follow, enclaves, tax rises, and the empowering criminals...  All because Republican voters in Virginia were slack in 2018.

We lost in the mid-terms because we were asleep, with only 48% of Republicans voting.  Meanwhile 84% of registered Democrats weren't asleep, and overnight Virginia turned blue.  So now we're fighting for our way of life.  While radical legislators relentlessly work to transform Virginia into socialist California.  And worse.

So understand, there're no more days off, ever again.  Understand this is not politics.  We're struggling against revolutionaries who vow the dismantling of America, as we know it.  Which won't be permitted.

Time to Wake-Up, Harden up, and Gun-up.   And start ground pounding communities to pass the alarm.  Cause the Left is coming.   And how Texas goes will determine America's fate.  Yet, that's not a bad brag point.

Casey Gray is the right guy for these troubled times.  A solid Special Warfare combat veteran sailor, and operator.   He understands the dangers of the Left implicitly, and knows the extra effort it'll take to carry the election.  And keep Texas Republican!   Vote Casey...

Last, Great regards to you Texans who came to our 2A rally in Richmond, ready to rock if need be.  Thanks for having our backs.

Minority Decimation in the House of Representatives

If you have been following the current impeachment proceedings you will notice that Rep Jordan (R) OHIO, Rep Sensenbrenner (R) WISCONSIN and Rep Gohmert (R) TEXAS are battling Rep Nadler (D) N.Y. over the refusal to acknowledge Roberts Rules on proceedings. Nadler is blatantly suppressing the minority Republican Party and violating the rule of law with no consequence. If you have wondered why these lawless proceedings are occurring it is simple to see. This is a public smear campaign to convince the AMERICAN voter that our President is a criminal without any due process or factual evidence. This is a travesty and we need a Representative that has the intestinal fortitude to challenge this unconstitutional behavior and take it on. As I learned within the RANGER CREED second stanza

“Acknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite Soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air, I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other Soldier.”

As your next Congressman I will move further, faster and fight harder than any other Candidate on this trail possibly could.

The third stanza applies:

“Energetically will I meet the enemies of my country. I shall defeat them on the field of battle for I am better trained and will fight with all my might. Surrender is not a Ranger word. I will never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy and under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my country.”

In this instance the field of battle will become the House floor and the committee hearings. I will not allow the Democrats to falsify and desecrate these hearings without a battle. I will meet them on the field of battle, this time in a suit and articulate out position in District 11 and will not allow anything less than victory for the Republican Party and Conservative values.

We have a saying within the Army Special Operations community and this is a passing of respect and Compliance of orders. Upon passing a superior officer we state “Rangers lead the way, Sir.” and the response is “All the way.” I will do nothing less than lead the way and fight on to our Districts objectives.

Stand with me as we take this fight to the House floor, let’s take the House back this election season and install men who are ready to fight and lead the way.
